Multibio Oczyszczalnie is a thriving start-up from Kraków. We use innovative modular and containerised UMOŚT wastewater treatment technologies, which can undoubtedly be called 21st century technology.

We help entrepreneurs and municipal plants to adapt their installations to meet the demanding conditions for wastewater discharge and thus prevent environmental degradation.
Our team is made up of passionate people who take an individual approach to a problem, so that our customers can count on professional and substantive assistance.
The technical and scientific experience of our employees gained during research into various types of pollution has meant that we are not afraid of new challenges and seek solutions to them.

Ecology

Multibio Oczyszczalnie is a company whose mission is to protect people and aquatic ecosystems from the negative effects of compounds that are difficult to decompose and toxic.

With the UMOŚT technology which uses the deep oxidation method, we can stop the circulation of these substances and contribute to improving the quality and quantity of clean water on Earth.
UMOŚT technology is an ecological oxidation that does not generate waste iron salts that secondarily pollute water. We remove harmful and hardly decomposable substances and the only residual products of these processes are oxygen and water.

UMOŚT: a revolutionary, modular, integrated and compact technology capable of making a significant contribution to solving the problems of treating difficult and toxic wastewater.

It uses highly efficient ecological oxidation and biological wastewater treatment methods. UMOŚT will enable small and medium-sized industrial plants and other facilities with specific wastewater characteristics to install their own dedicated treatment plant and treat wastewater properly at source. UMOŚT can be applied directly to a dedicated option for municipal wastewater treatment plants as it has the potential to significantly reduce the amount of surplus sludge, remove nitrogen compounds and thereby reduce their operating costs and improve wastewater quality.

MBS (Multi Block System):

biological wastewater treatment processes in a multi-chamber suspended-bed reactor with individually adjusted filling level and oxygenation of the reaction chambers. In MBS, a significant reduction in sludge, nitrogen compounds and other chemical substances is possible. Intelligent bacterial colonies regulate and stabilise the nitrification and denitrification treatment processes themselves.

H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide):

a substance used to carry out the AOP process, an inorganic chemical compound from the peroxide group, one of the reactive forms of oxygen. Among the chemicals used for deodorisation, only hydrogen peroxide does not form harmful by-products with the oxidised compounds, and water and oxygen are produced during its decomposition.

UV radiation:

is responsible for the production of OH* radicals, which intensively oxidise all substances in the wastewater. It also disinfects the wastewater directly and helps to break down antibiotics and hormones.

Stripping:

is a physical separation (mass exchange) process aimed at eliminating bound gas in a liquid. Desorption processes are the basis of stripping.

Containerised solutions:

our UMOŚT technology can fit into a container thanks to its modular design and compact structure. The containers can be visually adapted to the surroundings as desired, according to our customers' specifications.
